It is unsurprising that ships belonging to the Xenos are shot on sight when passing by West Point Academy. The Xenos are, after all, known terrorists and enemies of the Republic of Liberty. It is most unfortunate, however, that the Navy is unable to find and capture the Xenos base suspected of being located in the Hudson system, which could hypothetically serve as a staging post for counter-attacks into the Texas system.

Our policies will not change as long as the Xenos maintain their aggression against various civilian and corporate vessels, and continue to attack military targets alongside other enemies of the state like the Hellfire Legion. We do not negotiate with terrorists.
