2x Class 10 Guns for Arrow and Upgrade for Echo Chain Gun

Due to their agility and regenerative powercore, LFs with Class 10 is not happening. Plus, Arrow's supposed to be a pure interceptor, it doesn't even need guns.

As for the bluebell and eco chainguns, they're being removed with the next version. Their higher class equivalent is already in the game (Wildfire Chaingun & Purple Goddess) which used to be 16.67 up until early 4.85, but were reduced to 6.67 due to the lag they were causing.
