This is actually a rather old law of the Order, and as their allies it is one we must respect. Speaking as Phoenix's trade Guru here, I guarantee you won't see our ships hauling any medium or large Nomad remains, weapons or any other Alien technology without consulting the Order first. I understand Admiral Golanski to be quite reasonable and permissive to us Zoners. If you need to acquire such specimens I would recommend that you contact him prior to collecting or you may find yourself of the wrong end of things if you catch my drift. I will reiterate, we stand behind this law 100% in the spirit of co-exsistance and co-operation with our Order allies and neighbors.

(Edit) You would do well to remember Tri-Udent that you are a Zoner, and you must adhere to the rules that the Official Zoner representatives create or laws from other groups that we share space with. You are in our pocket Sir, don't forget that.
