I will shed some information relevant as to why we decided to re-transmit our directive to Zoner entities only. As you may have know already, we executed several anti-smuggling operations mostly in Omicron sector and to our surprise - all of confiscated material was taken from Zoners.

Case 1, Omicron Theta - ZHR

These Zoners, to our approval have voluntarily handed over cache of alien-origin material they gathered from spoils of war left by original owners. Entire encounter was held in friendly atmosphere and ended in assurances of common assistance in the future.

Case 2, Omicron 74 - ZA

Several of our agents reported this group to hold several prototypes of Nomad weaponry adjusted to work with human powercores, however Zoner's technological advancment is insufficient to make them work.

Evidence taken from ZA installation

Verbal resistance was present but they agreed unconditionally to hand over materials with first transmission. Event was void of any hostile activity.

Case 3, Omicron Delta - Independent Zoner

Zoner destroyer by name of SS.Numberabis have put physical resistance against our pilots, resulting in severe damage on hull and serious injuries of two Zoner crewmembers or so they claim.

Two Zoner individuals complained, however due to their total disrespect towards The Order and failure to adhere to Nomad materials regulations were ultimately ignored. Important note, these two resorted to threaten us - knowing they are very insignificant community it will only result in more blood on their own hands.

Said Zoners are "Marius" and "Henrique" from liner known as Porto, hiding in Omicron 74 edge nebula. Nothing more specific is known about them.
