This is Steven Howard, an independent Bounty Hunter flying a Liberty Gunboat (yes, legally). While your decision restricted BHG made gunboats (Bottlenose and Orca) from collecting bounties, I don't know if it will affect legally-owned Liberty Gunboats, Bretonian Gunboats or such. I don't want my bounty hunting career to be disrupted.
