My dearest Admiral Baker,

Good day. I understand your retiscence in this case. I am simply following what I believe to be the letter of the law.

Two points we would care to raise:

1. Platinum Incorporated also constructed their base before registering. These files are now available in the public domain. I am quite certain that this installation is still intact, no? So, I must inquire as to why one corporation receives a fine, and another receives enough plasma to destroy a small city?

2. I was not aware that the Liberty Navy is authorized to shoot and kill our own citizens, regardless of the circumstances involved. I'm certain the courts will be most keen on investigating this matter themselves.

I must admit I am discouraged that someone in your position wouldn't care to investigate the matter further, or were you already aware of this "miscommunication"?

These and other questions must be answered. We will press forward with our Lawsuit against the republic. If the courts feel we should instead sue the Liberty Navy, then we will of course oblige.
