My client will press forward with this lawsuit, regardless of your support in this matter.

We are preparing a defense against your allegations.

Might I remind you that Platinum Incorporated had it's beginnings in precisely the same fashion as my client's? An unregistered base, discovered per chance by the Liberty Naval Forces, only to be found in breach of Section 2 Article I of the Laws of Liberty.

Platinum Incorporated was levied a fine. Cold Lake Industries had a half billion credit facility disintegrated.

There is no comparison, sir.

My client was simply awaiting approval or denial for our base's registration. As explained previously, CLI felt it more prudent to make it's operations known only after a working shield module was completed, with an adequate amount of fuel stored on the station.

The proper procedure in this case, and I think the courts will ultimately agree, would be to QUARANTINE and monitor the facility, until such time as a decision had been made. Had the registration for CLI Storage Facilty 2-B been denied, my client should have been given adequate time to remove personnel and personal property.

This was not the case, and now my client is labeled a criminal? This is most egregious.

My client would like to work with you in resolving this matter, and urges you to refrain from jumping to conclusions until all of the facts have been presented in a court of law.
