Abuse of Power Complaint to Admins Via Bretonian War Cabinet/BAF

To clarify Hone, I've already explained exactly what happened - it wasn't Core IFFed (station changing to this, the idea was rebuffed). Also, Bretonia does not usually demand a password from bases, but then again we never had (nor will we in the future) have them in such a dangerous position.

Well I will say that I think a com channel message saying what was happeneing and why, should have been posted seconds before the raid began, like police get warrents just before conducting a raid. That would have been good RP, and not left enough time for the owner to change the locks.

I admit that this would have been a better way of RPing it, although it doesn't stop it being ooRPly horrible. Although I appreciate the people backing me up, don't anyone think I'm happy with myself for doing things this way.

Not core, I see, just normal BHG, RE that IFF issue, I was talking about this:

-The change from the IFF wihtout consolting us, which can lead to hostile forces being able to dock on the base
-The base had been shooting at passing ships, there is proof and a formal RP complaint in the matter
-Given the above and that he registered his base with the Bretonian goverment then he's entered into a contract in which is is obligated to uphlod the conditions in which he entered.
-As it was registered with us, then we have the authority to terminate their contract and end the base if they violate their conditions. The contact clearly states that BPA, BAF and BIS have FULL access to the base. Which also includes shields and weapons and so we're capable of removing the base.
-Given that he did violate his contract, then given the location of his base and the platforms he was entrusted with, then it was deemed that it was a threat to the safety of traffic along the lanes, expecially given that there have already been attacks.

Saying they were told they wernt allowed to use any IFF except BPA, and yet they changed it - being the reason it shot people, and the reason it was destroyed.

So You're basically saying you gave him secondary authority over the base to do what he likes.

No, I don't wanted I had to, it was a Term for the base from BPA cuz it guards the gate they wanted to have some controles over it. I dont wanted it but I couldn't say no.

How BPA demanded the password for it being setup, for use in exactly this situation, and how it is INRP that it was used this way.


Quite simply the owner entered into a contract with the BPA which he then broke, so the BPA used the means they had said they would, to break his base.


Reading summers post I am actually not on his side. He is far TOO generous to you! No further consequences? Not arresting, fining or outlawing your other base? Refunding you the money? PMs and apologies? he must have the bleeding heart of a saint to put up with you so much.
