As you might know we have a increasing Nomad activety in Omicron Theta,
and there fore a bigger risk for pilots picking up Remains and tec from them,
but as the Administrator for FP9 and Corfu base i do every step to ensure,
the safety for the people living on both stations,
a task i will ask you to help me whit, but that is a matter we can talk about
on a more secure channel when the time come´s

As the leading researcher in ZHR,
I can ensure you that all pilots and researchers in ZHR,
will honor the Orders Restriction and we understand very well,
why the Order have made this restriction,
and We ad the ZHR believe this is a necessary step,
to ensure the safety for the rest of Sirius.

Also Admiral Golanski i have started a Project whit our best scientist´s,
that are meant to help the Order in the future, and will be contacting you soon,
whit more details on the Project and what its all about.

To Tri Udent i will say this as one Zoner to another,
you should choose your words whit care,
calling the major Zoner factions and its friends,
Pets and lap dogs of the Order !
might not be the best way to gain there Respect and help,
and its not vise to make more enemyes then one can handle.
