Abuse of Power Complaint to Admins Via Bretonian War Cabinet/BAF

@jonnaffen747, I have some things for you:

- It may looks like a small and meaningless thing but, why there is "BAF" at "Bretonian War Cabinet/BAF"? Dont get me wrong but BAF is NOT the War Cabinet...they are part of it and they cant do anything without the approval of this Cabinet. Excuse me but I find your thread's name as provoking towards the faction "BAF|" cuz you are accusing and stating that its the faction that are abusing their powers. Why havent you used "Bretonia War Cabinet/BPA" for example? Or "Bretonia War Cabinet/BMM? Or Gateway?
I dont find this thread name to be very appropriate cuz all this gona fuel the theory of "BAF" doing something wrong "again".

PS1: Just to inform you in case you dont know - War Cabinet consists of multiple factions (mostly all lawfuls in bretonia) and they are all officials. None can do anything without support of the entire Cabinet in which case means the support of Bretonia. Before any actions there is voting which cant be ignored. Once the Cabinet have reached a majority of votes only then inGame/inRP actions can be taken, according to the RP.
Blaming Summer is equal to blaming entire Bretonian Community...and this is not exaggeration.

PS2: The quick actions of the lawful forces (inRP) are totaly legit (inRP) according the rumors and the evidences. Building such a base (lv4 with a lot of platforms) in such a crowded sector and being unable to properly control it is only and only your prolem. Your OORP actions of shifting IFFs (being testing or for fun) are gona reflect as your "character's" inRP actions.
All of us are taking responsibility with our actions and if you dont admit that then perhaps you are not giving a try to RP properly or in short - to be ready to witness the fruits of your mistakes.

>5.4 - Base Operational Regulations
The following regulations are expected to be consistently and permanently observed by all station owners, in regards to their installations. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the structure'€™s siege and destruction. Regulations are as follows:

• No Hostile entities (see: 1.5 - Definition of Entities) may be permitted to land on the station. Authorities may request evidence of docking permission logs at any time to confirm this. (Changing base IFF can count as 1.5 hostile entity, leading to KOS)
  
• No station may leave their docking rights unrestricted - '€œdefencemode 2'€ - due to potential abuse by unlawful parties, until such a time as modular software is developed to allow the 'blacklisting' of troublesome individuals and organisations.
  
• All stations must be accessible at all times to all Bretonian law enforcement agencies; this includes the BAF|, BIS| and BPA).
  
• All bases must be fitted with sufficient evacuation equipment to prevent the loss of life of residents and crew, should the base become compromised via circumstances artificial or natural.
  
  Or in short -> If you break anything mentioned in the RP Laws...your base gona be wiped out and if the evidences carry a weight...early notice is not necessary to be given. Your base would be destroyed on sight if you do a mistake. Informing you would not be neither appropriate in RP nor OORP (making you go and turn it hostile and start to troll)
