I didnt readed all what you've posted but 75 % of that isn't right.

EDIT :

-Blackpool's IFF was to be set to BPA, which is initially was, as those hostile and friendly to BHG and Bretonia are different. The IFF for the station was changed without notification or permission.

The Station was acctualy defined as an BHG Installation and since the inRP Agreement of this just Summer on Skype and me talked ooRPly. It was something like ''It would be better if you hold it to BPA becuz the repsheet you know...''

-Dock access is required for all bases within Bretonia for BPA), BAF|, etc. Access which was removed, also without notification or permission. What other reason could possible be for that except that he didn't want any lawful forces on the base, which isn't something that provokes an imagine of lawful obedience.

Dock Acces BPA,BAF,BIS had everytime at anytime. Just as I cleaned all Tags and sorted them alphabetically and made them correct to match to the Forums listed tags in my base thread my 1st base cried for Basic Alloy . Then Summer Cried Around : LUKE YOU IDIOT WHY I CANT DOCK IM SITTING NOW LIKE 10 MINS AROUND AND CANT DOCK!

-Several ships were attacked by the base, a matter which should never have occurred, which violates general Bretonian Law. He has stated that this was the 'test' the base defenses. For starters why he would need to is beyond me, given that there is plenty of material on the subject. To test it on the base which sits along a trade route, when there is the other Blackpool Production base which also has platforms that he could test, out of people's way. Also since the base should have a BPA IFF why he needed to change the base defense set when he could just use a pirate IDed ship that would do the same job, also without bothering people.

To this I can answer you quietly easy :

I had setted platforms to hostile, cuz my AA|John.Able' is a BHG bomber and i attacked with him the Base. The Bowex passed as I were dead already (Seemed like) and he died. I stopped testing defense grid. AND I ONLY TESTED ON ME YE?
One day later, I was unhappy with the positions of the platforms there were just 60 Players online~~ it was morning here I said lets try again Hopefully no one passes now, I setted to hostile back again was goin to Switch to my bomber as i were on my stork undocked accidently and tried to redock as i said before my mother camed in to room at this time, to Switch to my bomber and then the [C] passed and just got killed I had noch Chance to help him as I were afk... It was an Accident... And as I told we are all Humans and Humans do Mistakes (Rule 1.10 ye Is made for People that live on earth, Show a heart and Forget me my mistake.

You dont got this Point, I talked at this Time to burak in Skype totaly ooRPly and not realistcly meant, I mean do I look like I would sell a Core 4 Base fully equipped and well supplied for 1,5 bilion as burak wished? No. We just Spammed a bit around in the Lawful Chat to annoy Summer cuz he removed me one day before from the Chat and added me again so I could annoy him a bit. Also I think the destruction of this Installation was just cuz of Summers Feelings but this is just my opinion.
