Gentlemen,

My name is Meryll Lynch. I actually recently had a small start-up firm based at Freeport 11 after completing my MBA from the New London School of Economics. I'm contacting you since as you know, there is very little in the way of a government when it comes to the Zoners.

Simply put, my firm needs a bailout. If I was based in Liberty or Bretonia or anywhere else I could've gotten a bailout package but unfortunately that isn't the case. So I'm here to ask your corporation for a bailout instead.

Of course the terms of this bailout can be negotiated. My firm is too small as the moment (as I mentioned, it was a start-up) so the bailout package won't be too large. In return for the bailout package I'll hand over all of my assets and employees over to OSI and I will become one of your employees as well. Essentially, my company will become absorbed into OSI. My priority here is to protect the jobs of my crewmen and other executives.

I hope my financial situation doesn't burden you too much. For what its worth, I can personally guarantee that my shipping company will become profitable once it is absorbed into OSI. The reason I was driven to requesting a bailout is simply due to the high Nomad threat and piracy in addition to the fact that as a start up firm, I did not have a funds available to begin a security division. As for my credentials (aside from the MBA), I do have a Zoner background as my mother was a Zoner. My father was and still is a Libertonian citizen but spends most of his time in the Omicrons.
