Order does not have so called "zone of influence". We will enforce this directive - which is older than your Alliance - everywhere, even in Omicron 74 should it come to this as it happened already. I believe Bergrat is one of yours who organised peaceful transfer of these materials when asked for.

This directive is agreed to by each major Zoner organisation. Again I have to mention this is not a new idea, neither demand. This is important rule by which each Order agent should carry out with due haste and reminder to all of you to follow what has been put in place before. I hope you, Mr. Mow are not trying to formally declare hostility to us or at least add severe suspicious to already existing tensions.

The Order's objective is to protect humanity - be it from Nomads or from itself. As sane individual will not grant kid a military grade energy blaster, we will not let simmilar scenario happen with general population of Sirius and montrocities that can be created from Nomad tech. This among other reasons is why, we hunt everyone hauling examples of alien remains or technology.

As for Tri Urdent - his stance to Order has been noted and remembered.
