I grow tired of your passive resistance towards rest of the world, me included. If you refuse following statement, expect direct consequences from Order forces, including your supply ships being destroyed in plain sight. You have been warned.

You will abide Nomad materials directive at all times, everywhere. Be it Omicron Mu, Omicron 74 or New Paris - we set it to be in effect in every system reachable by Order agents and we will carry out neccesary steps towards ensuring it is respected. If you refuse now, you are clearly against us.

No major Zoner group will come in your aid, as you have noticed already. You are all alone, arguing about the only cargo limitation we have ever put on Zoner society. It is your final test to prove you can co-operate with The Order.
