I don't know even how to explain. Zoner Militia it's like mixing up ideas of old communism with modern democracy mechanism, it doesn't work, really.

I repeat once more, slapping every neighbor is not the Zoner way, try to understand that. We haven't the resources and even will to make a Militia, we ain't warriors, but a peaceful people which looks for co-existence with everyone.

Growing your stations, making more defense systems make you in same time more weak, I really can't remember why Zoner need a gun, perhaps from some heavily addicted cardamine pilot... Usually you don't need even carry guns on your ship. Diplomacy should be your weapon, and you don't use it at all, or use it against yourself.
