As we have received several communiques with respect to special docking rights as of late, we of the Directorate issue the following bulletin.
It is the practice of Long Island Station to allow open docking for all unless explicitly stated otherwise. Therefore, any vessel with at least a neutral standing with the Liberty Navy may dock for repairs, use the station as a safe haven, or make deliveries of requested goods. Requests for special docking rights will therefore no longer be responded to unless we are arranging a specific contract.
