Whilst in pursuit of an artisan Farmers Alliance gunboat, Commander Shimizu and I discovered two Rebel K.N.F vessels fleeing across the Kyushu system. We abandoned the gunboat to engage the Rebels.
We were joined in the Seiran cloud by Nakamura – she and Shimizu kept the pressure on the rebels whilst I seized the black-box of Von Goeben – the civilian witness.
By this time the chase had reached beyond my range and these two Rebels managed to pass our blockade.
We have had two significant reports of engagements with Iseijin recently. The first happened moments after the Rheinland delegation delivery, and did not go well for old Gen: they are as devastating as the myths say. Thankfully, the second was dealt with by secondary forces, in vicinity of Tsushima. It occurred simultaneously with the Rebel flight.
Either the Iseijin or the Rebels are using the other as a distraction of convenience, either way, it is a dangerous time for the new Republic. >>>Otsuka out.
