Bretonia's Policy on Trading goods

I've been reading up on Bretonia law because today I was denied access out of Bretonia with light arms. This seems a bit rediculous since there are no Police bases in Bretonia that have a decent price for light arms.

Plus it's a bit frustrating if youv'e come all the way from Detroit munitions to get them to Gran Canaria or whetever. Now I think there needs to be a bit of reform in that law because it seems a bit rediculous if your stuck in Bretonia with a load of light arms in your hold that you don't want to sell because youl get a loss of money. It seems a bit pointless since there are criminal bases in Bretonia (possibly more) than the worlds surrounding it.

Perhaps there should be a law about only Bretonian firms being able to transport light arms out of Bretonia or BPA or BAF should escort the goods to it's final destination or whatever.
