Outcast trade ships?

The BW line seems to be a mix of unlawful, civilian, Lane Hacker, and Zoners (Zoner Whale is a BW ship) but not specifically Outcast. While the Dromedary freighter and BWT are decent ships (the BWT still needs the bugs fixed) they are fully civilian so I don't know how you could call them Outcast or even unlawful ships.

The Corsairs could just as easily use the Dromedary or BWT, along with other unlawful generic ships, but they're still getting their own. I'm not trying to sound whiny here, I just thought it would be nice if the Outcasts had an actual ship line to call their own. I realize that they're finally getting their own snubs in 4.87 and that is a wonderful start. It just seems to me that they would have just as much reason as the Corsairs to build their own freighter and transport ships.
