There are already existing Nomad powercells, however if you can somehow harvest energy from remnants of theirs, you have my attention.

However, your renewer request lacks number of remains you are in need for conducting said research. Any additional data such as your ussual operational area, groups or individuals you ussualy work for will increase chances of your success.
