So what's up with bases and Roleplay?

If I remember this situation correctly (FPXXI being removed by Kusari and Gallia together)

I was referring to me and Jetblack in our Outcast Corvos, Ganototosu and Rioreusu, attacking Malaclypse Freeport. The fight dragged on from Baffin to Tau 29.

And if anyone's going to use the excuse of "you were lolwutting and you were Doj and Jetblack", two wrongs don't make a right, and you'd simply be looking for an excuse for your own pathetic behavior.


Another point I should add; bases built ontop of jumpholes or jumpgates in public systems. It's reasonable in a guard system or other special locations such as Alaska, but it becomes even worse than any kind of griefing you could achieve with conventional means when you place it in a public system like Dublin or New London, which are used very regularly by almost any kind of player. And why? Because the people who built the base in question are too lazy to log on and actually interact with anyone using those jumpholes or jumpgates, and rather have a static object deal with it in a pretty sad way which rarely goes any other way than the person dying.
