No. That is a thing of the past and long gone.
I was criticising the xenophobic tone that I regularly realize when I rp in Kusari. It is not conducive to create a constructive environment for rp.
I personally do not enjoy elitist "We are better, who are you to be here anyway, gaijin!" style of rp and it happens pretty often, sadly. That's the reason for my suggestion, not some mess that is over 1 year in the past.
