Is Pennsylvania part of Liberty house space?

From what I've found:

Rule Wise, NO. RolePlay wise, Yes.

According to the Server rules post, Pennsylvania is not considered within House Space.

However, The RolePlay Liberty Government does lay claim to the System, and thier Rp laws apply within.

Rule wise it is Liberty. Try to read in-game info about Penn.

So rulewise i shoulb be able to dock an zoner id aquilon on Erie?

But well, may be admins will say. Because in game infocard Penn is Liberty space.

Pennsylvania isn't Liberty House Space. It is owned by Liberty merely in RP. You may use your aquilon.
