Brief History

A problem child from the very beginning, growing up with his alcoholic father Frank Walsh, it is safe to say Andrew was never a full shilien, with no moral standing, no ambition or thrive Andrew spent most of his day's gambling with his father's money and became notorious throughout Bretonia for causing trouble amongst his local police authority, he was charged with public indencency on more than 97 occasion's, what with pissing on police ships, he spent most of his nights locked in on a prison liner.

Andrew becoming more and more complacent, was soon reacquainted with a familiar face, Daniel Walsh, Andrew began working with his Brother Daniel for quite some time.

Daniel was the founder of The Collective known for plundering high valued transports, although The Collective worked primarily for personal gain, Andrew soon found that Daniel was connected to groups like The Molly's, Corsairs, Outcasts and the Lane Hackers, all which provided him with key information so that The Collective could coordinate appropriately and conduct its work successfully.

Andrew and The Collective embarked on a journey to Kusari, After receiving key information from The Lane Hackers, Daniel had arranged to meet an Outcast Party within Tau 23 before proceeding to New Tokyo, This was the biggest operation put together since Andrew had joined The Collective, a series of high valued transports were gathering in New Tokyo, filled with Artifacts, Gold And Silver, so the additional Outcast pilots were needed, trade lanes were tampered with thanks to to the Lane Hackers.

Andrew, Daniel and The Collective only had to plunder the transports and Neutralize the escorts, a Job which came naturally to Andrew, given the experience he had gained whilst in the company of Daniel, but what came next is something no one could of anticipated, after successfully compromising the Convoy, Andrew, Daniel and The Collective boarded the Transports and headed to the drop off point in Tau 23, Cali Base, the remaining Outcast pilots made there way to Cali Base alone.

Andrew was piloting the last Transport to land on Cali Base, Cargo checks were initiated, everything was fine until Andrew got to the bar to meet with his generous hosts, Upon arrival there was already three dead members of The Collective and a gun pointed at Daniels head.

Daniel died that day, Andrew was held captive and released Four Months later by an certain Outcast.

Highlighting later events, Andrew still traumatized by his brother's death, spent a few Months with his mother, Dawn, before joining The Reaver Mercenary Company.

Having heavy involvement in the deaths of high ranking officials based within Liberty and Bretonia, Andrew soon earned his colour within the Reaver Mercenary Company, needless to say Andrew spent the majority of his spare time idling in the Blood Money Bar, that soon changed after occasionally embracing a bullet to his foot from his new friend Cerulean.
