Question to Kusari factions and RM

I tend to agree with DancingLady on that one. While the official factions drive the direction of the faction, that what they do should affect (and effect, har har) both themselves and their indies. It's perfectly valid to post a few orders on how to behave on foreign soil though, and they'd have to be followed.
