Terrorist ID

"Terrorist ID". Saying that is what's kinda going to make this thread get moved to flood. No faction should get a Terrorist ID other then The Phantoms and of course the selected few characters who have a real Terrorist ID. Yes, that means not even the Xenos have a Terrorist ID, which is correct.

Xenos are very limited Terrorists, they have to stay fully within server rules. They have to ask for cash before killing a Trader, they have to announce their attacks, have to stay within Liberty at all times. They have to pretty much do everything a Pirate has to if you want to stay within server rules. If you want to change the LWB, Farmers Alliance, and Gaians to the same thing? ... Well, actually I'd still have to think about before I set my opinion down.

Now, what's a real Terrorist? It's the ones that can only be accomplished with the Terrorist, Phantom, and Keepers (Sort of) ID. Where you're able to kill anything (other then under levels of course), in any ship, and still be within rules. If you want to turn the three selected factions in to that? You have no chance at all. It would get abused to no end, I think we can all see that coming.
