though discussionS have been had about how to limit any lolcaps. One suggestion was official zoner factions (TAZ, OSI, Phoenix) were the only ones who had access to proper cap ships and limit indies to GBs.
I don't blame all zoners, I just say that some, as you said "***** indies" use caps as they like. And as about your suggestion, I would suggest to do this in all factions. That would at least make any use of joining and even making them.
