You were talking about these people's 'territories' being attacked and destroyed. This means that they controlled multiple star systems. That would be considered a seventh House (The Outcasts and Corsairs being the respective fifth and sixth). A House of that size doesn't go unnoticed; it has to engage in trade, probably have a few wars, and in general have a widespread influence. People would know about them.

That would be the Blue Lotus Syndicate, or [BLS]. They're primarily smugglers, and they operate more in Kusari than the Omicrons.
