Those are the kind of people we'd be willing to drop. They come here with no intention of RP but to get the biggest ship possible then to just lol around in it.
...and then get killed repeatedly because a cap is a really poor choice if they want to stay alive, they decide to go and shoot snubs/transports/gunboats, partake in ganks and botfeed during fights.
