Almighty Overwatch,
I am contacting you to inform that finally, the repair and upgrade works on cruiser Dawnbringer have been finished and it has been, after two years, commisioned back for active duty.
To renew memories, I have commanded the vessel back in days under the tag of OSD|, the Order Scientific Division with a research and recon purpose, often bringing back various artifacts we came to during our missions all over the Omicrons. An end was put to our journeys after a complete system failure while caught in solar storm in Omicron Iota, our ship being hurled into jumphole, ending unknown where. It took three months for our vessel to be found by a passing Zoner explorer Eric Anasazi, who happened to escort us back.
With the ship not being combat ready for a long time, me and my crew were ordered to various ships, myself and a few chosen being stationed at "Hathor" gunboat Raziän during the Battle of Omicron Minor. Being ones of the few lucky survivors, we were helping with recon missions ever since, waiting for our "home" ship to break in the dawn once again. Now that the time has come, I have gathered of what was left of my old crew, also recruited many agents-in-training on my own, believing in the experience of my veterans in hand-picking the remaining crew.
Without hesitation, as soon as we were finally released from Evora Shipyard, we have joined the Siege of Omicron-74 today, keeping our weapons hot for 10 hours.
Nonetheless, I have appointed my best bomber pilot, Telogne Saiarius, to assist with the siege, who has been sending the "SNACks" to hungry ZA bases for 4 days in a row. I believe and hope he has proven useful so far!
As the repairs were finished before estimated time, we joined the fleet in o-74, for I wasn´t able to contact You, Overwatch, earlier for orders. Until I recieve any new directives, we will keep knocking on ZA´s door!

Section II: Pilot History
Michael Oulley was born in 776AD at Planet Cambridge, Cambridge. His mother Paula Welsh was one of the Bretonian scientist researching Nomad origins, Michael´s father served as a star navigator at unknown Bretonian battlecruiser. Having come to a contact with topics of Nomads and navy from the early age, those quickly became Mike´s points of interrest.
At the age of 16, Mike was accepted to a Summer camp for military trainees, at the age of 18 joined the Bretonian Armed Forces and began to make his way up to special forces. Due to his personal interrest in Nomads, he was appointed to search and research division, onboard of Bretonian recon vessel at the age of 26. At the age of 32, he was second to command.
The big change came in 809AD, when on a secret recon mission to Omicrons, Oulley witnessed an attack on Zoner scientific transport by the Nomads, but ordered by his superior commander not to interfere because "it was the fabled Order´s task to deal with the Nomads", the transport was destroyed with almost 200 men onboard. That day something changed in Oulley´s head and he decided, in a very short version, to defect from Bretonian army and join the Order.
It took him almost two years to get enough money (working as security on Planet Gran Canaria) to get in contact with a high ranked Order agent to offer his services.
After a year of "debriefing" on Bretonian and Nomad topics, Oulley was considered useful and loyal and was asigned to Order recon vessel Sorash, at which he was in active duty for the next 3 years. In 815AD, Michael Oulley was promoted to rank Commander and were given command of "Resheph" cruiser Duskfall. The ship was lost in 817AD during a recon mission to Omicron Iota, and later found heavily damaged by solar eruption by a zoner explorer E. Anasazi.
For the time of Duskfall´s repairs, Oulley and his crew were ordered to various units, Michael stationed as a leader of "Hathor" gunboat Raziän. After the battle for Omicron Minor, being one of the survivors, Oulley kept on recon missions for the remaining Order.
Now, with his old cruiser Duskfall being fully repaired and upgraded, he marches onboard, renaming the ship Dawnbringer as a reminder of neverending will of The Order and coming of new, brighter days in Sirius.

Born on Freeport XV, Saiarius´ blood is the combo of his Corsair doctor mother, and Zoner escort pilot father. Since his very age he was taught being remorseless, fearless and not to hesitate - just the attributes one needs to survive in the harsh territories of Omicrons.
Telogne was taught to handle bombers since he was 17, later making it into Order bomber squad, not only for his skills, but also because of his hatred towards the Nomads, who were behind the death of both his parents.

Section III: About You Why do you want to join the Primary Fleet?
The danger named Nomads is well known to all humanity within Sirius sector, yet hardly anyone happens to stand up to the aggressor. What´s worse, some began to pact with the evil and even call The Order, the only and true defenders of humanity, terrorrists and murderers. Maybe we will never proof ourselves to be worth the acceptance of others, but for sure will we ever stop defending those, who put their faith in us.
How long have you been in the Secondary (Independent) Fleet?
I had served for 2 months in Order Scientific Division (//two or three years back), then commanded Hathor vessel for another two months (//year ago), and now been in active duty for about two weeks.
What do you think you can bring to us in the Primary Fleet
Loyal, experienced crew that does not hesitate to blow any alien threat to kingdom come. Fearless and adventurous men and women, that are not afraid to venture into hostile and unknown systems to look for means to destroy the aggressors, explore new resources and technology, and give lives for protection of humanity.

During holiday, I expect to play at least two hours a day on Order character (of course more when needed, especially now with ZA siege - been online for about 6-10 hours last few days).
The time of activity may vary, but unless I am with my GF, I will usually play since 4PM CET as long as I see fit, till midnight being no exception. Have you ever been sanctioned on the Discovery RP 24/7 Server? If so, please provide details.
