ECG, the Elders do not approve of your "war" with the Order.
The Empire and Order are not on so friendly terms right now but that DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN START A WAR.
The Order spoke what they had to say, do not help the ZA and do not fire on the Order ships, if you are found on fire by a ship of the Order, report the captain to the high command. If you do not listen to what the Elders have said, we, ourselves will take action against you. You are to stand down with your guns.
