Well, I would personally like to have the right to question an independent if he is using a Liberty capital ship, at least the reason why he obtained that. A simple RP explanation could be enough to resolve things, or something posted in forums. But indeed this is not a practical solution. And could be a tad harsh being interpreted as major house officials trying to restrict people's fun in the server. Now, putting them in guard systems and raising their cost could work maybe. At least would provide some more time for the beginners to learn about things in here while trying to obtain the proper roleplay and funds for the ships they desire.
