Barge and Jump Drive

Greetings all

I have read a lot on these pages about players using the Barge with Jump Drives.
According to the original files this is not possible as the Barge as a power core of 90,000 yet you need 7,000,000 power core for a multi ship jump drive to work. So how did you achieve this. Was the barge file hacked or was the jump drive modules hacked.
Normally only a large Cap Warship fleet can use these devices effectively due to the cargo space required, power core requirements and fuel consumption. So I respectfully ask again, how did you guys get around this.
My hats of to you as I can find no clue in your forum pages or game files.
