Well, as I said the orginization will only focus on the things that matter, such as ZA, which matters to all the factions, or local.. small things, again its not going to be a government, but its going to be an orginization devoted for a number of things, but most importantly to work together, and have those network tubes all lined up so we all get the information as is it is.
