Good point, and I have anwsered that in a way. That's why i want this thing done, this way other factions that are not involved in such things can be the eyes and ears and let them express their opinion and cast the votes.
If one group does something, and it gives a bad name to all of us, all the other factions will simply raise their opinion, cast the vote and come up with a decision that is not made up by 1 guy but by everyone.
I mentioned that democracy has its flaws, sometimes it will decide things that will not be so "welcomed" to others, but 10 against 9 is fair, and its fair to say that if most people agreed then it deserves to be passed.
Re-edit, thats why everyone will have its obligations, those who had a bad history track should do a little "apologies", well maybe not little, but again I don't want zoners shooting zoners, its pathetic and outright insane.
