Setting up a junker character

I have recently started playing Disco again and have a few character i'm currently fiddling with, one which interests me is playing as a Junker.

i have read numerous threads regarding setting up a junker character, obtaining ID's etc which causes a bit of confusion in respect to http://discoverygc.com/wiki/Junkers_ID and http://discoverygc.com/wiki/Gallic_Junkers_ID

Are they part of the same faction as the general overview from http://discoverygc.com/wiki/Junkers shows them as part of Gallia even though they were part of Sirius before this sector was introduced (which was when i last played aeons ago)

I followed http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread...sy+repping to set up a Junker character and headed to Trafalgar, but despite numerous attempts to bribe i've only ever had the 1 bribe not 2 as stated which would give me the IFF, the rep is barely touching green.

I know this may seem a little silly to all you pro's out there but i would appreciate any advice to enable me to get on the road to playing a Junker role on Disco and in time flying a http://discoverygc.com/wiki/Salvager.
