Why is Kepler a system?

From what I can remember, there is a rumor that mentions early jumpgates having a specified distance limit. As a result, there are those intermediate systems between houses. With that in mind, it may just be the midpoint? Also, didn't the dark matter arrive after stuff was already built there?

False. Galileo, Magellan, and Omega 5 do not have stars either.

Yah, your right. I never really payed too much attention I suppose. I guess Galileo is even more desolate in that case.
