People of Omega-49,

I am General Joseph Garcia and I am here to remind you all that the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army stands ready to defend you. Our actions in destroying the Artemis, a Flagship of the Corsair Brotherhood has prompted this declaration!

We will not abandon you in this time of strife and we will be moving to establish a military presence planetside on Gran Canaria in order to pacify any Corsairs living on the planet who may become a threat, as well as counter a potential planetary invasion. Furthermore, we will move our fleet into Gran Canaria orbit in order to challenge the Corsairs before they strike!

Together, we will ensure that the Coalition Protectorate of Omega-49 will not fall to the Corsairs!
