Makes sense, and I sort of got that from reading the article, although it's wording is slightly confusing.

It still doesn't answer who Monument Engineering was....if they're DSE as Summer suggested, why does it mention DSE earlier in the same paragraph?

It appears that Monument Engineering became something else or ceased to be...
