You keep saying that some people are better fit to pilot these ships, Thyr'Zul, but how do you expect to make a reasonable and fair selection?

Grant the final words the ones who were the major decision-makers in other (quality) roleplay related stuff. Admins review and accept or deny Official Faction applications, Admins review and accept or deny SRP requests, why couldn't they do the same?

What issue I could see here is that this specific subject may give more work to them as the other two things I mentioned, but I can imagine this issue being solved with appointing people to help in making decisions whom the Admins can trust.
