Why are you interested in joining the LSF?
Noland sees the first own task of protect peaceful & lawful people from criminals and a variety of other threats.

During the army service participated planetary operations - cover the descent ships, eliminate nomad-infected targets, destruction of installations.

Tell us about yourself, that wasn't already put on the application so far
Noland was born on planet Manhattan, near the equator region, in the town named Aleksandria located on the ocean side, in a family of marine. Since childhood, Noland likes to hunt underwater, loves the jungle, heat & dogfight. After leaving school and achieving 18-year-olds Noland joined the army in 71-th marine brigade, which participated in the assassination of nomad-infected paramilitary groups in Liberty. During the service, he became an experienced fighter pilot who supported Navy operations and cover the descent landing craft. He spent a dozen years fighting versus enemies of his country, received three wounds, and in his later years has earned retirement. But he knows about the many threats from terrorists, criminals and various external enemies. Therefore Noland decided to file a petition and join the Liberty Security Force.

What should an LSF member do (Tasks, RP style, etc)?
Helping Liberty's lawful faction, fighting enemies of Liberty, catch smugglers, protect innocent people & forced enemies to obey.

Then explain why the following rules are important:
3.1: Not to offend people - must need to remember is that your game opponent a real person.
3.3: No OORP and OOC in system and group chat (unless allowed by other members).
3.4: No need threatening other players with reports/sanctions, can`t impersonate the administrator. If other player violated rules, than make screenshot and post report at specially forum thread.
5.2: This is RP server. Everything outside of Connecticut should be happening within RP. If a player is attacked (hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%) he has a right to defend himself.
5.6 to 5.8: A player who was killed in a PvP fight (Self-killing, friendly fire kills or death to NPCs during a PvP fight, fleeing from combat and then docking at a station or planet while player are in range of the ship) must not enter the system until 2 hours.
