Well one thing is for sure if you limited caps to offcial faction members only. That would mean there'd be much less caps present on the server to spam with novas, and you know what that would mean. The minute a faction member uses one, it won't last 2 seconds before every man and his dog makes a bee-line to take it out.

Wouldn't be long before faction members start moaning their caps keep getting camp killed. Big Grin
