Does the NCC mind if i deploy some crew to assist in helping the refugees?

To the SCRA and Corsair Empire,
The TAZ does not wish to cause any problems with either group, but the deaths and injuries caused to civilians is horiffic. We will work to try and secure a diplomatic solution to this crisis, and the Iron-Blood will only open fire in self-defense or defense of any zoner ships. Non-Violent means will be used to try to prevent any further bombadments of the surface.
