Why I am picky about this project? Well, because you want a lot of work done and TBs are the hardest to do, because you want every style different and it takes a while to design all the little details and styles. When I design something and have to make major adjustments, it kills the overall flow of the piece. That is why I want strict guidelines on what you want.
