Comrades!
Today was a glorious day for the revolution. We struck fear into the lines of our multiples enemies again.
Setting up for the patrol General Garcia and me got the signal of two unidentified contacts inside the borders of our home system. We managed to intercept them right on the Omega 5 jumphole. They appeared to be Junker vessels. Researchers. In our home system. General Garcia was so kind to "politely" throw them out of the system, but because of their non-hostile behavior we decided to ask them before blowing them to pieces.
The vessels were piloted by some kind of AI with a strange self-awareness. They told us, someone gave them the coordinates of the jumphole and they came to gather data. Since they refused to delete that data again, we opened fire, but soon realized that we were fighting a meaningless fight. One of their vessels was a fully supplied repairship. It was able to do combat repairs, so we just chased them off and fell back to Omega 52.
However. They came back to ensure their non hostility towards us. Also they promised to contact us for further communication so that we could secure, that they don't provide the intel they gathered to everyone.
After the incident, we could finally head out for our sweep into Rheinland, where we joined forces with a little raid fleet of the El Doubleyu Bee. In the Sigma 13 system we managed to catch a Corsair gunboat off guard and damage it heavily. Sadly it managed to escape into the docking bays of the Junker Depot "Yanagi". Since we didn't want to risk a prolonged battle we chose not to follow it and try to track down its crew on the station.
Further we discovered two Bounty Hunter gunships on our way through Dresden. We were easily able to tear their hulls apart, but again their crew ran to the Bautzen Mining Station and escaped that way.
Still we tought all those midget a lesson and we showed the rheinlandish Bewegung that we are there for him.
Glory over honor comrades!
