I put these values in HudShift.ini (by trial and error):

Code:
[HUDShift]

Horizontal = 0.088

Vertical = -0.015

This leaves a small distance between all HUD panels and the screen edge so you can shoot there.
My display is 1920x1200 (16:10). It may require different values for other displays.
