I like the 'international' outlook you've got, but remember that they are a massive corporation that dwarfs Gateway. You are better at the small deals and it's how you survive, alongside smaller groups - namely the IMG and ALG.

For the train and Samura, the cooperative RP carries a lot more weight when it is an actual cooperation. You said it yourself, Gateway is neutral with Kusari - unless you actively change that to earn a tech column, it'll stay that way.
