Biography: I was born in Bretonia, on Cambridge, in 801 A.S., very soon after the Nomad War ended. My father fought against the infested Rheinlander, and saw that as the final act of his long and distinguished career in the Kusari Navel Forces. Until I was thirteen, I was educated on Cambridge, both in the public school with many other military children, and at home by my mother and father. He spent a lot of time making sure my sister and I understood the nature of honour, the history of his homeland, as well as how we could better ourselves to contribute to the galaxy. For the first few years of the war, we did our our best to stay on Cambridge - my mother being Bretonian made this easier - but the coldness from the native families drove my parents to leave. We moved to Tau-29, where my father had spent some time on his way from Kusari. I spent three years there with my parents, while my sister left after one. She sought to break away from the structure of civilisation I think - she had tired of governments. I have not seen her since.
While in Tau-29, on Shinkaku station, my father continued my education: How to fly a ship, in combat and out; the value of the ancient martial arts of our forefathers, and their application to all areas of life; also, the value of compassion, respect and honour. He wanted me to a man after his own heart, like his father and his father before him. I loved both of my parents, but my father made me into the man I am today. When I turned sixteen, I felt that my time had come to move on. This feeling was helped by the fact that Gallia made their appearance that year, in 817 A.S. I wanted to make a different, back in Kusari, so that’s where I headed.
When I arrived, I applied for the State Police, but was turned down. If you would like, you can read the transcript of that interview here. So I have spent the past year finding whatever work I can, learning about the land of my blood. I have not turned down the meanest task, and so I have mapped floors, services military vehicles and privately tutored, and each time I have learned something more about myself. I have seen the ordinary Kusari people, and I want to make a difference in their lives. With the Kusari Naval Forces, I can fulfill that. I will follow orders, uphold the honour of this great family, and always act with dignity and respect.
Flight Experience: I've spent the time flying, but I haven’t done much fighting, other than the occasional bandit making the round of Kusari space and the low-level pirates who came against Shinkaku. Probably 5.
Knowledge of Kusari RP: Probably 3. I know a fair bit about Japan, but not Kusari specifically. I will read it all, though.
