Seems that Foreign Affairs finally decided to scrap the Treaty of Bethlehem.

As of right now, all officers are ordered to disregard the Treaty of Bethlehem. A new policy has been temporarily engaged, respecting a 5K no-fire zone around the following stations:

• Bethlehem Station
  
• Freeport 2
  
• Ames Research Station
  

Update your policy information logs (PILS) and know that this change is likely to be temporary - you will be advised of further updates as soon as High Command are informed of them.
