Flying Tigers

As a member and leader of the Flying Tigers Faction, I assure you all that the diplomatic section will be updated (adjusted) as need be. The situation in regards to members being restricted to one faction follows us from from our past. We do not say that members of the Flying Tigers can not have independent characters just that we require that our members not be in other factions i.e. dedicated to the Flying Tigers. We are only excercising the right under Discovery rule 2.1.

And a copy/paste of Disco Server Rule 2.1 :

2.1 Following actions are considered cheating on server:
- Using non-Discovery mods, speed-related and loot-related mods especially, as well as using modifications that improve stats of items and ships;
- Changing account information and using any kinds of software that changes normal gameplay;
- Using any equipment not included for sale/looting in Discovery mod, cloaks for example;
- Using equipment that exceeds ship specs;
- Cloning, e.g. creating new characters to collect starting money.
Keep in mind that maximum allowed cruise speed in Discovery is 350, with higher speed possible only when catching up with a group.

So, someone explain to me what rule 2.1 has to do with limiting membership, because I don't get it, and I don't like feeling stupid.:rtfm:
